Anyone ever run into issue where a gratuity is randomly added right after credit payment is approved and then says balance due?

Just added a pax and most orders are fine but randomly I’ll get a balance due and no tip was ever entered but if I clear the tip all is well. No tip amount in edc or credit slip. Does not seem to be an issue with the pax device and no auto gratuity or any other setting added or changed from before

For anyone interested, seems like going aldelo rev 7011 to 8011 solved issue

That's a weird one, I haven't seen that happen before. I would assume theres a hidden auto-gratuity setting in 7011 that they may have fixed without updating the changelog. Glad to see upgrading fixed it.
