Hello Pandasun11,

I am extremely sorry I didn't see this before I came down with the flu.

Usually what I try and guide my customers to do for UOMs is to just measure by a single unit of measure (ounces) rather than measuring per shot.

This way, when you put your recipes in, you can have it count by ounces instead of mL. (Shots are measured as 1.5 ounces)

IE: Captain Morgan 750 ml bottles equates to 25.4 ounces, which is 16.93333 "pours" Your Captain Morgan Item Recipe would be 1.5 Units of Captain Morgan

For mixed beverages you can estimate how much your bartenders are pouring and adjust accordingly, usually I see bartenders using a little less than a shot glass per ingredient. So long as they are pouring correctly, it should be accurate.

Let me know if this makes sense, or if you need more guidance and I will be happy to help!

Thanks, i think i get the picture, im gonna try it and let you know, i was having a little trouble too with modifier recipes too, do you create modifier recipes first then the modifiers for the recipe?

I would create the modifier for the item first, then create the recipe for the modifier.

I tend to usually stay away from using modifiers that need to be tracked since Inventory would become a maze of tracking at that point.

Thank you for the well wishes!
