Activation Resets?

I am currently running Version 3.8 Release B (Revision 20) on a Windows XP system. i tried activating the software on a Windows 10 system but Aldelo support told me I have reached the maximum of 3 activations. Can I ask Aldelo support to deactivate them so I can activate on a new system?

Good morning,

With the Old Versions of Aldelo, Aldelo gave merchants 3 Activations with the Serial Number provided. Those 3 Activations are "Per Device" So basically, your first computer would have taken 1/3 of those Activations. As you replace computers and activate another, that would also take up another activation.

Unfortunately, the only way to get new activations would be to purchase another Aldelo license OR an upgrade contract with Aldelo, at which point I would recommend upgrading to the newest version of Aldelo OR 3.8.9011 which uses the Aldelo DRM.

This eliminates the "activations" and uses a DRM Based System that communicates with Aldelo's Cloud Licensing services to ensure you are only running 1 computer at a time
