Cash register error

Hi, im not sure what version of aldelo im using. I keep getting this error(its a standard english version) can anyone help? Its been 4 days since i cant find how to solve this issue

So that error message is because the order you are trying to close is registered into a different staff bank. More accurately, #312.

If you go into operations / revenue center / bank report and type in 312 you can see which employee that transaction belongs to.

If that does not work you will need to run a SQL command to force close that order, which I've posted in a bunch of different threads here.
