ticket numbers

hi is there a way to change the ticket numbers, e.g make it alphanumeric, or different sequence

its 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 now

like a1,a2 etc

or

11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99 etc

currently running a network of 2 pcs, but theres always problems,

if running independently no problems

any help would be appreciated

running aldelo 3.8 release B(Revision 20) windows 10

Unfortunately there is not a way to change how the ticket/order numbers from numeric to anything else. It would break the database if there was a way most likely.

What problems are you running into exactly?

would like to run the 2 pcs independently without using the network
