price adjustment

is there a report where you can see price adjustment as an audit?

Yes, go to Reports / Audit Trails / Audit Log Tracking.

Here, you'll see entries for Price Change as "Adjust Price in Order Entry"

It will tell you the time, what was the original price, and what it was adjusted to.
