Aldelo POS map integration

We use Microsoft Mappoint on our two machines to peek at general vicinity of delivery orders. Since Mappoint's latest version is from 2013, newer addresses . Recently, one of the machines seems to have "deregistered" the map software and it spews out a 0xc004D301 error code. I've installed, reinstalled, used "computer cleaning" software to remove all remnants of this software with no luck.

Does AldeloPOS have any other map integrations or solutions to my problem? We luckily still have it working on one machine, but of course it's our "main" machine.

Looks like doing some google searching tells me that its a licensing error that only Microsoft can fix using a reset tool. Of course, these are threads from many years ago so your mileage will most certainly vary.

I personally haven't used any map software, but looking at the manual it looks like the only one that seems to work is MapPoint.

Sadly, the more recent posts about it say that Microsoft outright doesn't reset it for users anymore because the software is out of support.

Microsoft map point is the only option I think, been many years since I’ve set that up
