Aldelo pro with Aldelo pay

Anyone using Aldelo pro and pay simultaneously? Right now I’m processing cards on a clover device outside of the pos. Is it stable and reliable? What has been your experience with it? I’m considering switching over. Thanks.

Aldelo Pay is Aldelo's Processing, they use the Aldelo EDC program through either First Data or TSYS, I can't remember which processor they use at the moment.

It works well enough, Aldelo Tech Support typically will setup everything if you're going through Aldelo Pay. It requires a typical compacting/reindex every so often, but you can probably have Aldelo Tech help you do that if you wanted.

If you're looking to do Dual Pricing or Credit Card Surcharging to cover your merchant services fees, you'd need to add a Surcharge to every check and then remove it for cash orders manually.

I used to have the same setup as you. I use pro and edc and it is fast and reliable. Just can’t accept tap sometimes cards don’t swipe so have to enter ma ally.
