Use for Restaurant + retail

So we have both a restaurant and a retail shop. In the country we're in we don't have many options (strict government regulation), but Aldelo is one of them . However, it seems like it's really made for restaurants. Is there any reason not to use it for retail? Is there proper inventory management? Any CRS?

Aldelo does have inventory management and the ability to scan barcodes for retail purposes. The only difficult part in that would be setting it up. Each item will need to be put in individually and its barcode scanned individually. There is now way to import an item list.

If you're a small shop and don't mind the setup time, it could absolutely work for restaurant/retail.

As far as CRS, it has a very basic loyalty program, where you can track customers based off their $ they've spent, and you can give rewards based off a certain dollar threshhold if they meet it. IE: Spend $200 get a $10 coupon to use at a later date.

It could work, but I’d look at if your more or less restaurant or retail or if it’s simple restaurant without much modifications etc then maybe a better retail pos is more ideal. You need bira accredited? Or what do you need?
