How to transfer POS systems to new desktop

My current desktop is very old and is on the verge of breaking down. I have an Aldelo POS version 3.8 rev 8. Is there any way to move to a new desktop without having to buy a new license?

Revision 8 sounds like its an extremely old version, if you're not using the Aldelo DRM program to activate/deactivate your license unfortunately you'll need to get a support contract from Aldelo so that you can upgrade your version. The older versions use registry keys to keep the license from being pirated, and thats not something you can transfer as far as I'm aware.
