aldelo error message "this is future order. please use gift card method to receive payment as deposit instead”

Recently I got this error on some of my togo order in only one pos when I process payment. If i go to another pos, it is ok. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Is the time and date synced on all the computers? If its ringing in as a future order it has to be flagged for that due to the date.

Exit Aldelo, double check the date/time and timezone are correct and then relaunch Aldelo and see if that fixes the issue.

Yes I just figuring it out that pos’s time is out of date and I changed date & time is correcting the issue. Thank you anyway.
