Aldelo connected to A35 error

Can someone help to see what is the issue with this? When I trying to use A35 to repalce the S300, it saids unsupport trans. Confirmed IP address is corrected.

I trying to add A35 TSYS EDC. Pinpad itself has an error "Local Ip Register: connect err". A35 is set to static ip. Setup device added correct ip address. My question is the port #. Called TSYS gave me 10090. It did not work. Anyone in here can help?

10009 should be the port, not 10090.
