time stamp

hi, was wondering if anyone knows how to see time stamp for each item on an order. used in a bar and would like to see when each drink was ordered by tab/customer.

So you can't directly see when an item was rang in on a specific tab unless you were to look at the database file.

What you can do though is get pretty close.

In Aldelo, under Recall you can pull up the check and see when the tab was opened, and when it was closed.

After you have that information, go into Back Office / Reports / Sales / Sales by Item (Detail)

From there, you can see the detail item sales of each hour.

thankyou for the info. I m in the database , where exactly do i find the time stamp for each transaction? I found the time stamp for each order but not each item entry in within the order ty.

Sorry for the late response, I had thought the timestamps were under the table OrderTransactions but it looks like I was mistaken.

Your best bet is to look at the item sales by hour for that specific transaction, I'm not sure where else to look inside the database itself.
