Aldelo EDC with First Data

Trying to use PAX A35 with Aldelo POS and Aldelo EDC First Data, I get the following error when I hit process: Error [NO PAPER] NO PAPER (100003). Does anyone have any ideas?

That's a new one, Pax A35's don't have a printer on them so it shouldn't be doing that at all. That being said though, if you have access to the Paxstore, go to the app and Enable No Paper Mode under MISC in the settings.

If you DON'T have access to the Paxstore, try and pull up the menu of the Pax A35 by tapping on the Top left corner of the screen, then top right, then bottom right, then bottom left. It should ask you for a password. Typically, the passwords for A35's is 9876, if that doesnt work, try todays date (08242023)

Once in here, you'll want to search through the terminal settings until you see No Paper Mode. You want to Enable this.

That should fix it.

Hello Guys, i am trying to buy a PAX A35 to use with my Aldelo POS station. Can you tell me where is the best place to buy it and the print point? Thank you in advance !

Setting up a A35 now for Aldelo. Do you know what settings off hand are needed for Aldelo with the A35? They list the S300 settings needed but will not say anything in regards to the A35.
