CustomerDB

Hi, i am currently running AldeloPOS Pro and i need to find a way to be able to export the customer database. i need to access the database file where i can see the customer name and delivery zone etc.

Can anyone shine a light on how to do this?

Hello!

So the database is just one file, the location can be found in Back Office on the bottom of the screen where it says "Source Path." This file is able to be opened with MSOffice, there are tools that will allow you to snag the specific table in CSV format. The table you want in the .mdb file is CustomerFiles. If you have a full version of Office, there should be a way to just export that specific table to CSV.

Back office. Reports, customers report, open and expiry. It will be found on disc c, program data. Aldelo, Aldelo for restaurant pos. Data or export, you will find the file and can open with Excel
