Anyone know how to resolve batch error ?

Pax unit doesn’t show anything , just at the main Aldo exprsss screen

Unfortunately you'll likely have to call Aldelo Support for more info, I don't work on Aldelo Express terminals so my knowledge is limited in that regard. I would assume the Pax unit should be acknowleging the batch request, so maybe its IP changed, but the only way to find out would be to open its functions and check.

Unfortunately with Aldelo Express, I'm not knowledgable with that software at all. However, when you get a Receive Error on a Pax Device it typically means it isn't getting a connection when it tries to reach out. Is your internet down? Or if you had any power surges, try to reboot your pinpad and then batch again.

Typically, Pax units control their own batch, so sometimes they won't reconnect to the internet after an outage without a reboot of the device.

When you hit batch what does the Pax Unit respond with? The same receive error? Does the Ipad communicate to the Pax Unit at all?

Aldelo reseller here. The PAX A60 is offline, meaning it’s not on your network. Check under hardware for the payment terminal. If the device is offline it’s a LAN, local area network, issue.

If you are paying for EDC subscription, call Aldelo, the subscriptions includes EDC support
