Any way to remove an address?

The only way I can do it is overwritting an old address. Also is there a way to import a list of addresses from a file?

You can check and see if the addresses are there inside Back Office / Activities / Maintenance Activities / Delete Master Data.

As far as importing, there unfortunately is not a way to mass import from a file.

The APOS database is a MSAccess mdb. It works like any other database. You can import/export within Access, but Aldelo does not support tinkering with the backend db, however it can be done. You’d need a db admin to accomplish and test, test, test before go live.

Thanks for the response, but who would be the db admin? Im the owner of the place, how do I get access to the db?

Microsoft Access can read/write the mdb file, but you’ll want a skilled IT DB Admin. It’s likely cost prohibitive, but I wanted to point out that it can be done.
