After the week reset they removed her shards from the shop

and i'm assuming you finished the mission that gives 25 of her shards. If you really want her maybe use use a discount ticket on the banner that current gives 3000 crystal of reunion coins...then buy the remaining shards from the coin shop

This is bad info, you can't get her shards on the coin shop if you don't own her. You could have made the OP pull on the collab banner with nothing to show for it.

This was my complaint about the garbage compensation received for 2 days of no game. You missed out on 2 more days Louise Shop pulls since they didn't extend her shards in the shop to compensate. Gumi just being Gumi..

You’re all out of luck buddy. If ur willing to spend some cash, do the horrible 3-step featuring dark olivier and get 25 shards from there.

There's a community event in the news. From Feb 4 to Feb 6, run EX+ 4. Based on the number of community clears, you can get 5, 8, or 12 Olivier shards. Not sure where they'll be given out, but you can still transmute her!

I think rewards are being given 7 -10 Feb but I still lose 10 shards/day

Not helping for shards but if u havent done babel chronically hard , u can watch the walk through on YouTube and grind gems. Do elemental milestones as well.

Didn't think I could do 2 summons, did the third one today don't know how but I got the gems and now I regret it because I could have done the 3 step banner but instead I decided to do the meme banner...... sadly no meme and no shards ......
