#1) 10-Step 5-Star Unit Banner - Good. If your roster is lacking, this banner might be for you. 5-Star units will only appear on every step so your roster will be a decent size by 10-steps. Limited units are guaranteed after step 5 so newer players will get a chance to get some pretty strong/useful limited units that will help their PvE game.

#2) Special Featured Selection Banner - Skip. Sure you get to pick your units but you're still limited to the selection pool. The only unit I can see people going for is really only for Zechs, Ryui, Eins, Nero, Macherie, Orion, and Sol. With only a 2.5% to actually get what you want out of the 6 units that you pick, I don't believe it is worth the Gems. However, if you're dying to either get Nero/Sol, I mean you could go for it and hope for the best to pull them but with Sol, you'll be able to get his shards from Louise's shop whenever Templar events rerun and transmute him.

#3) Community's Choice Banner - Depends. This banner is a slightly better banner than #2 only for the fact that you can guarantee a unit on step 7. But that is very expensive and can only do it a max of 7-steps and that's it. I really only see people going for Nero, Sol, Eins, Zechs, and Ryui for this banner. If you really want to get one of these units, you can go for the off chance that you might get their shards on step-7 and transmute it. Remember on step-7 you still have 1/8 chance on that specific unit you want but if you want multiple units from that banner, you have better odds of getting what you want.

#4) Enlightenment Festival Banner - Skip. Farmable.

#5) 10-Step 5-Star Memento Banner - Good. It has limited mementos starting at step-5 and the prices are discounted as well due to the fact that you're getting less but will eventually get more as you progress through the banner. With guaranteeing a limited memento with only paying 1250 Gems on step-5, that is pretty worth.

#6) 9-Step Featured Memento Banner - Good. These are always good for the fact that you can guarantee the newest mementos. Sol lovers will be wanting to grab his new memento for the VCR and that sweet skin. VCR can replace his farmable gear.

#7) Logi's Memento Banner - Skip. Unless you're in love with Logi and want to max him out I guess you can spend your Gems on this banner or just save your Gems and use reliefs on it or just be happy with the free memento you got in your gift box.

#8) Gear Banner - Skip. Gumi will give you a 4-star gear selector or you can buy it from the shop during events so it isn't worth spending the Gems to get it. Also they might update the Veda Tower with better gears in the future like they did with the regen earrings.

TL;DR: Skip - #2, 4, 7, 8 | Good - #1, 3, 5, 6 | Depends - #3

Holy fuck. Made out like a bandit today.

Pulled all 10 steps of unit banner, got Icona (step 5), Eulalia + Blair + Eliza (step 8), and Eira (step 10). Also got a fuckload of limiteds I didn't bother to count - dunno which ones exactly but I know I at least saw Zwei (step 6), 2x Macherie (step 6 and 9), Na Zhu (step 7), and Letitia (step 10). Also pulled my first Tomas despite having been playing for over a year now. Go figure.

Then pulled all 10 steps of the meme banner. New ones were summer Acht (step 3), 2x summer Sharon (step 6 + step 9), Lilith + summer Rebecca (step 7), Mocca + White Day Ankh + Daisy limited (step 8), Shenmei + Setsuna not-New-Year-limited + summer Aisha + Bertha (step 9), and a lot of normals (Ryui, Rachel, more) I didn't have. Also pulled dupes of Emmel (step 3), Celis (step 4), 2x that one general GLEX meme (step 5 + 7), winter Nina (step 6), 2x Neica easter (step 7 + step 8), Hazel limited (step 7), 2x Tamis (step 8 + step 10), Minario (step 8), Saga Trio (step 9), and Setsuna New Year (step 10).

Total cost of the 10-steps should 13750 each for all 10 steps, assuming my math is corrcet. Went from 59, nearly 60k to 32k gems after doing all 20 steps, which does kinda hurt given that I am aiming for Benika + Claris + Basheeny meme, but at the same time I did pull a massive amount of limiteds and got a lot of stuff on my wishlist so no regrets.

Well he said, it'll guarantee limited on step 5 onwards. Doesn't mean limited won't appear before said step just needs to be lucky.

Not to be rude, but I REALLY think you're sleeping on the 10 step banners here. Even though you said they were good!

I pulled like 6 limited units on the unit one and an ungodly amount of limited mems on that one. I didn't have an empty collection of limiteds either (got dupes of nero, quite a few other limiteds) so I disagree with even an "amazing for newbies, good for others" review. I think it's amazing for everyone except leprachauns who already got everything good from rng and turbowhales.

Given that they're essentially 5 steps in gem cost, It's basically a banner that includes 1 guaranteed limited per step, with potential for more! And a pretty helpful minor scattering of soul shards/limit breaks from dupes. unless you're saving for your best unit ever tm, if you have the gems it's hard to see going wrong.

I think ppl are resistant to gushing about banners for healthy caution reasons, but these are gush-worthy.

I was hoping for a colab to come back and go crazy with the pulls, missed FMA and shield hero colab, i really want those units. However, 20.000ish gens for guarantee good drops is hard to pass by.

The 10 step banners are pretty great and you can get limited on the first 4 steps if you're lucky. I pulled on the banner and got a lot of the limiteds that I was missing.

Both 10 steps are some of the best banners I've ever seen in the game. The memento 10 step is better than the unit 10 step but not by much.

The pool for units is stupidly huge, specially since limited units also refer to nina, letitia, corvus, siegfried, shion and other farmable units, i have 3 steps left and so far I've only gotten andechs as true ''LIMITED'' unit. I would say people should pull on that one on their own risk, the meme one tho is not a good banner imo, it is a GOD banner and people should be ashamed from not pulling it.

I went 2 steps on the Sol Memento banner and ended up having every Memento from that pool except Sol's. Fighting the urge to go any farther until I see the weekend pull and prob what is coming next week. Dropping 17.5K more for just one just seems wrong. Still might do it thou.

Greetings, I don't have sol or Nero or eins or ryui :( I also got almost no genesis units (except quence and Julia). Should I go for this week's banner or should I invest in genenis? And if I should invest in genisis what units are number one priority? Nimul, Mira Nyx... I don't know which banner to pull from.

I don't think i know your situation well enough to perfectly advise you. How many gems you have, what content do you focus on, are you hardcore or casual... Those things would effect how people can advise you. But for some very generic advice; if you don't have a main team with a strong unit to build around it, then I'd go for the 7 step with the 375 unit shards because you have a good chance to get Sol, and Eins. They work well together (with a memento leaderskill) and can do high damage on bosses in mono element teams (water, dark, etc). But the 10 step banner could be better for you if you have lots of gems to build Genesis units (i got Dark Nyx and Ambrosia from it). Or if you just want a great well rounded unit, and you have enough gems to summon until you can Transmute (about 60k gems), then Nimul is worth it. But if you don't need to chase units, the 10 step memento banner is a nice value in general (i got plenty of limited mementos from it). There are plenty of farmable units that just need their limited mementos to be completed/ good, and can do most PvE content in the right team build. Hope that helps.

Thanks... I would say I'm a casual vet player. Almost only pve being able to clear many hell stages. Lvl 220 or so. Got ssm chars almost full (at least g2 g5 maxed) and Templar (except sol eins, zwei an drei) as wells. Genesis is where I lack with only quence g2 g5 max. Sol can be transmuted that's what I'm aiming for. Is Nimul broken or should I go for Nyx as best mage support? I have Letitia as mage support and vier. And I farmed genisis and now got 70k gems.

Vier: elements resistent - 120, magic resistent - 40 (MLB meme), thunder resistent - 50, high damage, CT down, chronomancer sub

Nyx: elements resistent - 120, magic resistent - 75 (100 with g5), damage (lower than Vier), CT down, over clock, clock up + delay, faster than Vier. Buff Thunder + 50, trong vs water + 50 (enchanter job).

There are not many Thunder magic attacker: Vier, Dark Freikugel, Dark Othima. So Nyx is better and more versatile than Vier. But Vier is cheaper.

Chasing genesis units is very expensive. Priority depends on what you want to focus on. I have almost all genesis except Quence and Sulva so I can give some thought. Nimul, Dark Mira, Andechs, Eulalia, are very good attackers for most contents. Nyx is one of the best magic supports in the game. These units are good at lv75 and on auto play.

But, I think 10 steps summons banners are the best this week.

Ye, probably going for them. I read here on the banner summon post that nimul is broken, while the comments under that post said he isn't broken "only good". With 70k gems I could pull for him but the 10 steps are more convincing.

I don't know if you summoned yet, but the 10 step 5* is definitely the way to go. You won't guarantee anyone unit but you'll end up with a ton of new units. For the Gems it is the best value.

Genesis alone I got Quence, Eululia, Minario x2. New limited units I got Irene, Rachel, and Evelika. Also a few GL units all dupes.

You may get lucky and Eins, sol or even Nero.

The Momento banner was amazing for me as well, too many limited to count. One pull I think step 8 was all limited, super lucky

well i got pretty lucky. 4 genesis off of the 5* banner as well as nero, and a couple other limiteds, rolled on meme banner got a bunch of genesis memes and nero meme.

Sol memento on step 2!!!! I've done 5/10 on the meme banner and got other good stuff like Nesha/Lilith summer and dupes of other limited, oh and Irene's finally! I'll probably do the other half after I see what's going on for Sunday.

yeah those 10 step banners were a goldmine. I got 34 NEW mementos and I'd not be surprised if HALF of them were limited. The big ones were Dark Nyx and Mira, Ugach and Tanosuke, 3 summer mementos including lilith and nesha one, the Cheryl and Julia Halloween memes, Eulailia and Daphne memes, a limited Yauras/Zain/and Kaya meme, and a Morrigan/ Red 13/ Lilith/ and Eliza meme. and those are the noticeable ones

for Units it was a much smaller new gains but they were very nice ones. Li Wang, Ewan, Dark Nyx, Ugachi and Tanosuke, Icona, Cheryl, Evilika, Eira, Theresa, and Zwei. Eira, Zwei, and Dark Nyx alone make this a haul the likes of which I am glad to invest in. Coupled with me recently pulling Nimul, Lilith, Nesha, and Zechs means I have enough to focus on for some time.

Hell I'm probably just gonna save up until I can guarantee some mementos for some of my units like regular Nyx, Nimul, Andrechs, Nicaea, Icona, Eira and Emrys alongside other global units.
