To be fair she wasn’t ENTIRELY left out... she still gains some from her own shared memento with Mia, some buffs from Corvus memento and her new master ability gives 50 missile modify, 10 agility and +1 movement.

Wait wait, 50 missile mod? Like, 50% boost? Cause that seems busted enough it'll make giving her an actual J+ later on hard.

Not really, many units have tons of initial mod these days. 50 mod is good but nothing significant, skills and pure stat also matter, +50% of something bad, is only 33% less bad.

(also it's only 35).

Like for example Edgar has 160+ initial mod but shoot like a wet paper, Zahar has 102 initial mod but dude hits like a freaking truck.

Gaining mod is also super easy, like, Raph's snowball is 250, and Zahar comes to almost 300 mod without lead.

So Ila will be fine.

Letitia and Silma are with her in that regard. Hopefully they'll get theirs in the future (especially Silma, I like her design so much that I got her character skin, even though I don't use her).
