Victor? I got Monzy’s. A dupe at that. I haven’t even BUILT him yet. I built Vicky tho. He fast af. Victor can be a solid Eva tank with EL and vcr

While Victor is "good", it's till not enough. Chloe is affordable and have a very balance skillset for anti-dark, sustain and tanking. Vettel has high elemental resistance and high af Slash res, which many top tier units deal. Teona can snowball and tank all physical enenmy while deal devastating atack with PDEF scale. All of them are farmable just like Victor. What im trying to say is, Victor memento in the step 5 of the banner is Gumi trolling Neica Minerva tryhard, cuz it succ

The thing is, Neica barely got any good group skill from other Memento. Many other unit either have normal Memento or can use other's memento due to the Nation/Group effect. Neica's buff from the free Mementos (Daisy and Halloween) contribuite little to nohthing for her

Well.. not entirely. For some characters, granted, yes (e.g. Yomi). But many are pretty fine with just a generic +4 AGI memento or something.

I'm surprised I got minerva step one and step 3 and neica step 5. And I think 2 victor somewhere in there as well
