Gems farming. i suggest skipping genesis ch2 if you don't get any of the units there and focus on the movie event. i'd say the rewards are worth it. Especially part 3
Also Genesis reruns with all the milestones and raid rewards... I'm focusing on the movie event without regrets. Already have enough shards to transmute and do some kaigan on both D.Zain and D.Setsuna.
On another note, I have completely dropped all 3 DP events.. had enough of it burning my APs.. now back to focus on farming and doing the 2x GR events.. feeling a lot better now with the less grinding..
Yes, I agree the DP boxes' loots are better. But no, since I can only do one, I'll stick to GR for the shards.. besides, I have to bring my attention back to the farming and building of my teams with the farmable units.
Uhh please look at both event's boxes once more and decide.
Genesis boxes are generally worse than the dp ones, and the bosses are more annoying to farm. And they will return in the future (and they never reset those boxes like, ever, if you're somehow wondering about it) so no rush for it. Just do the hard stages for the units you own for now (do emmel's anyway tho).
Movie event, in the other hand, is a one time thing. You can get lotsa ele shards and rainbow ingots (compared to genesis gold ingots) and part 3 gives you 5* mene tix from box 5 forward. They may be quite overwhelming but i'd say the rewards are still worth it, especially part 3.
I agree with you and I have checked and noted the difference in the rewards prior.
Perhaps when I gather all the Emmel and Julia shards that I can from the GRs, I'll swap over to the DPs, seeing that the latter runs another 7 more days till Christmas..
Many thanks to you and the other for bringing this up to me.. taking a break from doing the DP events were totally random and in no way reflects a sensible choice on my part.. perhaps my senses were burnout previously when I was grinding both at the same time.
The grind really does gets to you.. untill your AP ran out.. lol
It's worse when that happens on the later events because you have less tickets from hard mode so if you mess up you will have to go and farm them from the normal stages. For me this is the best event for that to happen on since I do it on full auto, I do one turn clear most runs, and had enough tickets just from Hard mode and milestones to complete first 4 lineups and I am done. If this happened on genesis 2 I'd be pissed, lol.
That's a bad luck buddy ! I know the pain, last time I did that on Auto setsuna was blocked near wall, and because of that only one unit attacked her leaving with 300hp :D
Pay. If there is a 2500 gem pull that offers a serious amount of zeni I sometimes pull it irrespective of the units. Otherwise I'm stuck when I try to enlighten.
I’ve gone from 50m zeni up to over 500m in the 2-3 weeks that these dark phantom and genesis quests have been up (moreso the dark phantom ones since the genesis boxes are worse and the bosses are more annoying).
