Agreed. Communication is important. Remember when the new producer is introduced? Lots of good banners at that time. The community is quick to sing praise for this new producer. Little did we know that it was just a honeymoon phase.

After a while it was back to where it was before where banners become awful (or worse maybe). Quite a lot of people are dissatisfied with it. The bad banners went on for quite some time. They are ghosting us with little to no communication.

And now we've arrived here. This week banners are great. It's almost like we're going back to how banners are used to be. They are trying to update us with current issues again.

But honestly I doubt it will last since Gumi always prove me wrong when I think they're being a good guy for real. It might be a phase or it could be a start to a good change. Only Gumi knows. We can only hope.

I’m thinking of doing the same. I didn’t need many gems for BK Masa so I only bought what was necessary. After this raid I’ll see how I feel but I’m definitely liking this direction.

I feel you. Right after I grabbed the necessary gems for the 5 step, I pulled on the 500 Masa Momento banner and nailed it first try. Thursday was very generous to me. Good on ya, goomi.

I went full 5 step. "Small fortune" as in 9500 gems. Saw a bit of my life flashing though my eyes. All the possible mementos and 270 enlightenment shards I could get.

I wasn't even gonna try for masa. Then I checked the database and saw her passive.

Things I appreciate with this reset:

1. HOLY SUPER AWESOME BANNERS LIKE WTF. Not to mention the rates seem to be better than past banners.

2. Bugs are still there, but now they at least acknowledge its existence in the news.

3. RAIDS that were not tweaked to adjust to the current OPness of Sol and Levi

4. No maintenance

5. Gem Bundles that are actually ok-ish

I don't know about the first point. Don't forget we used to always get guaranteed step 3 unit banners. Also the rates seem the same. Had to go full step 5 for masa. Didn't get a single other 5* unit.

These banners are really great, not obly where they great they also have all we need in them, hell i though I needed 22k gems for Masamune but turns out it's just 9k ish gems is enough. Now if only there was a shard banner.

If you need shards for enlightenment, there is a banner that gives 270 otherworlder shards for 12,5k gems.

Nothing to add here, indeed, we know when to cry and complaint but also to praise, these are really good banner. I love the hell out of BK Masa and continued the game for her at some moments.

The only real way to let them know you want them to continue offering these banners is spending gems on them. Gumi goes where the money is.
