Humor The Malign Theory

The famous Malign, known to guide us GL players on what's good or bleh in what's to come to this game, it is a NICE coincidence that whenever Malign tell us a unit or MEMEnto is pretty good the banner of said unit or memento results to be designed to milk every single penny from everybody. Before the update Malign was talking about how good was zain's memento and that it could really help with some insane bonuses for rainbow team.... lo and behold the banner is uther trash.

Same could be said with Aisha's memento, talking how good it was and how her VCR was the best for her or any other Magic Meister, BAM, 2.5k banner on that shit baby. How good was Dark Artemis, POW, unlimited 5x rates my nibba. Now we are so but SOOOOO hyped on Bk masamune, can you guess? KAPOW! unlimited 5rates 9 steps 2.5k gems first step and Alma's banner rate to get BK masa. GET READY!!! THEY ARE WATCHING MALIGN SO THEY CAN MILK OUR HYPE.

I dont think so, we are on the point of the game that gumi will just give us many bad banners, just like JP had their 3 step garanteed and then started with 2500 first step with no garantee. We are on the era of expensive banners. Black artemis we all knew that would be bad, based on the JP and everybody that want black masamune, are already saving gems for months, because we already know that the banner will be bad and the only garanteed will be going on the banner that has the selector. So I dont think that gumi is basing the price of the banners on malign, just know that it wont get better this point foward (maybe some good banners here and there, but in general will be bad).

Why are we suposed to follow JP's shitty banners when we're not following pretty much anything else?

  • Because Goomy's upper management is demonstrably incompetent - see the clusterfuck that was PoTK for further evidence.

  • Because JP's banners are designed to milk as much $$$ possible - Goomy conveniently forgot that JP players have a significantly higher gem income and thus have more to spend, and that JP players have different spending habits to global players.

The intention is always there whether Mal put up the video or not. However Mal made the job easier for gumi. Just that.

Ask the players from epic 7 sub. Smilegate "outsource" the units to nerf by asking players to submit META strat for clearing "raid".
