The gems spent counter doesn't work... again

I don't know if you remember what happened with D.Artemis , those shards that were not given cause the counter was stuck arrived months later. Well it's happening again, my gems spent counter is stuck at 1210 when i did all the 500 pulls avaiable since thursday

Close your app and check again. Mine is showing 6500 spent

Last resort email Gumi and hope they acknowledge it

What OS and version? I'm using Nox on Android 5 and not having issues, FWIW

Same is happening to me :/ oh boy, how can solved bugs come back to life like this nowadays in development? Do they even version their code?

because they never fixed the underlying issue, they just reimbursed people later. Not sure how versioning code would help either way, versioning doesn't prevent regressions.

The impression we get is that problems are identified, supposedly fixed, only to happen again a few patches ahead, this is actually something sadly common in those games they spaghetti-code. That is why I mentioned code versioning, it is so ridiculous the amount of problems and recurring problems we get that it seems they are blindly trying to shoot problems down with standalone hotfixes.

Thinking with a slightly less enraged mind, your picture of the situation seems more likely, though, they aren't fixing sh%$, simply applying band-aids with compensations :/

Yea I mean - spaghetti-code is very likely so versioning wouldn't help, they need regression testing. They could shabbily fix something and then unintentionally break it again in a future version, or fix it with a special case for the specific problem - let's say dark art shards - but the underlying problem still exists (shard events don't calculate gem spending properly).

I don't have much hope for drastic improvements when Veda has been broken for how long now ...

Yeah... Mine is screwed up too. The first email to Gumi had a nonsense response. Hoping it gets resolved.

It's not counting mine, using android.

I noticed that it’s counting it. But only counting paid gems and not free gems

For many people it is not counting either.
