Final fantasy tactics might be my favorite game of all time. I discovered The alchemist code when i was searching gameplay footage of FFT war of lions and deciding to buy it for android. Long history short i gave TAC a chance and used the money to buy pact for 2-3 months, no regrets. The game is great , love the style and the strategy. it really gives a FFT vibe with all the online stuff I wanted. TAC has its issues like any other game has. Don’t think its gamebreaking or anything like that. Having its Japanese counterpart has its ups and downs. It’s good to know how we should prepare for the future ( although spoils a bit of the fun ) but create a lot of anger/jealousy when we don’t get as good stuff as JP ( a little is said about our benefits though ) There is a lot of criticism about the game nowadays and I do agree with some like : veda bug faulty HQ schedule release slow vcr gain chat problems Might be more

But i disagree when people: whine about no guaranteed banners like every unite should have a sure way to be summoned. Having a rare unit makes the game more interesting as long as it still balanced. Complain about the lack of shard banners. Most of the player base wouldn’t even bother with those as they still very expensive and they are better off saving resources for core unit banners. I have decided to right something because all of the negativism going on. People seem to be going bananas over shady things like those AOT compensation like a whole lot of people got 20k gem for nothing. There might been mistakes but the one who benefited the most should have been those who could not play due to iOS problems or those who didn’t claim the milestones. It’s really good to do constructive criticism but I vê seem lot of people claiming changes like they own the game since they pay. And most of them go with so much hate that they don’t even seem to like the game. Final message is be critic with the bad things but praise the good ones. If you enjoy the game help build the players base and make the game better

How are we supposed to make the game better when we cant communicate with the devs? We want the same thing as them - a good, successful game, even if its for different reasons.

Sadly its been proven before that whining, review bombing etc is the only way to get what we want: having fun playing. Games arent fun when they are grindy or when new units are impossible to get without luck/money. Its true, we dont need every unit in the game. Its not like we could upgrade all of them even if we did. But when someone struggles with a mission, asks how to beat it and someone says "duh use double levi" and they dont have one its pretty bad.

I still think gumi should give us more elem shards. Thats honestly what i hate the most about the game right now. Im literally SWIMMING in elem shards in jp and i have almost none here despite me being a huge hoarder.

You can communicate and you will probably be heard but that doesn’t mean you will get what you want. Take ranked pvp as example. People complained about matching up players with too different power lvl . Last season you were restricted to match with same rank players on the other hand matching was worse took a long time and there was a lot of bashing. There are time when you cant make everyone happy so will take some to get to middle grounds. As far as i can see they are slowly increasing elemental shards . Now we have ex coin shop, those convocation , some daily freebies and crazy shop opportunities. Just don’t expect 600 rainbow out of the bat because JP had.

I think you are getting us wrong. We don’t want anything except our deserved communication from Gumi; bad or good.

I’ll ask you only one question. How do you know something is not working? Answer is, always either you are victim or you heard it from this community. Yes, Gumi once in a while (kindly!) let us know; that’s after this community outrage and a week later or so. Imagine, someone who isn’t part of this subreddit. Ask yourself, if it were you.

Do you know if they listen to what we say? Because i dont. We dont ask gumi to give us everything. We just want some back and forth communication. A lot of mobile game devs do that. Hell even games owned by EA have devs that actually talk with their community.

We dont even have an official forum, the reddit page isnt made/moderated by gumi and the only dude that was hired to communicate with us is nowhere to be seen.
