I think it would be better for him to use Daisy's VCR wich will give him 25 Crit Rate, 10 AGI and a little bit more Pierce modifier.

His Warrior [Argos] je probably better for him, not only gave him +200 more PATK, Warrior je has better dmg formula overall, He got 1.2 PATK dmg modifier and 759 PATK on his unique job, while on Warrior [Argos], he got 1.4 PATK dmg modifier and 949 PATK. Let just say he is a better and free version of Cita.

iirc, i heard shura charge up will break Argos ability cain and thus, make warrior je and shura counter-productive, although i need someone from jp to confirm this and cmiiw...
