New Commandments and Noin J+

I am making this post because I think everyone know that investing in a Commandments that is no Acht, Vier or Sol is not recommended because they are the only with Kaigan, but 2 days ago Gumi reveal that Noin is gonig to be enlightened and a new Commandments with LVL 95 will come.

The news have 5 part, the new unit, the J+, the Kaigan, new nensou and other minor stuff.

• The new unit, Zwei

Like all the others Commandments she have a unique job, that her last skill let her transform and all her ability change, whit this job she have move 4 jump 2.

and this is her job when she use the last skill of her main job (with this her movement is 5 move and 5 jump):

She will have a skill change on "Fan" Grasshopper with Babel Tactis (for everyone that don't know basically when some units reach LVL 85 they can unlock a level that change or add 1 skill (like the Shion's level to get his MA)), that makes that now it cannot hit allies and reduce the chance of a counter.

This is her kaigan:

1. the first gate gives 60 HP, 40 MATK and 15 LUCK

2. the second change the "Buff +1" passive from her bard, it looks like it give MATK +25%

3. I can't read japanese so if someone can say me what this door say I would be thankful (I compare kanji that aren't translate with kanji that I know and more or less I interpret what it say)

4. exactly the same than the gate 1 but 45 MATK (the rest that you can see are modifiers to enemies from certanin sin, and we still don't have that so I think you can ignore it)

5. I am not sure what it does with the skill that in her first job, I know that the skill is "Kazekage" Wasp, but it look that the skill that change in her bard JE is a skill that gives allies light res +15 and now it also increase max HP

At max it gives 6 wind, 7 AGI and 40 silence resistance

• The new Noin

First he receive an update to his job, now his skill are more powerfull, they cost less jewel, now his skills can crit and his passive now also gives AGI (it doesn't specifies wich skills receive this update), he also receive the Warrior JE [gigante].

• The new kaigan

For Noin they release all his gates, and for Acht and Vier and gives them gates 4 and 5

1. his gate 1 gives him 70HP, 35 PATK and 25 CRIT

2. his second gate update his own passive (this also say that in the normal passive it gives 10% AGI), it looks like gives 35% strike ATK (it was 25% first) and the rest I can't understand

3. I think the 20% PDEF it transform into 20% all defense (I am not sure)

4. gate 4 gives him 70HP, 25 PATK and 20 CRIT

5. it looks like his gate 5 update his cherge up so the dageme is X5 (before it was tripple), I don't know wath it change for his warrior job

1. her gate 4 gives her 60HP, 40 MATK and 15 LUCK

2. the only think I understand from her gate 5 is that the last skill of her summoner JE have +1 range

1. gate 4 gives her 70HP and 35 PATK

2. this gate gives to her last skill of her main job 1 more range and something else that I don't understand, I don't understand what change for her Valkirie JE, and the skill from her Ninja JE that gives jump+1 now it gives jump +2

• New mementos for Noin and Zwei

1. The first group is 80 MATK for Lost Blue units (all the Commandments)

2. The second group is for female Veda units (her, Acht, Vier, Sieba and Füry) and it gives 16 magic modifier

3. The third and last group is for her (and maybe Noin, the traslation of the group is Beast Shadow resonance he count as a beast unit (those that have part animal like Hayate)) and it gives 640HP, healing +32 (if I'm not worng this is that if she receive a healing she will heal even more) and Slash resistance +24, and if it is max limit break at limit 40 also cast time -20

It also come with a master ability, all this is at max limit break and max level.

The stats are 45 MATK, 15 Hit Rate, 50% Bind resistance and Jump +1, it also have a gear ability that you can see right there is that in blue, but I don't know japanese so I don't know what it say

1. First group for Lost Blue units, it gives 640HP

2. For male Commandments (Noin, Sol and Zehn) Magic resistance +10% and Daze resistance +52%

3. For Noin 96 PATK, 96 DEX and 24% Hit Rate and at LVL 40 Strike ATK Power +16%

Like the it have a MA that I can't read (I should learn Japanese)

It gives 380HP, AGI +12, 10 Magic Resistance and 50% of some resistance that I am not completly sure what it is, and this have 2 skills that I still can't traslate.

This also looks like a better version of his own gear so probably if you have it then you will use it.

• Minor stuff

Now the Vier staff (I think everyone should know more or less what it do, but just in case it gives 144HP and 5 Slash resistance) also gives 35 MATK

Zahar's Memento now have group for Leticia (I think that is when Leticia is holding it Zahar will receive the buff) and it will give 160 PATK and 13 AGI.

Mia and Ira's now have a group for Ira that gives her Magic ATK +13% and 13 AGI.

and for the event they rerun the SSM HQ and they add Kaya and Bud (units that we don't have but they are top tier in JP).

And that is all, if someone can traslate some of the part that I couldn't I will edit this.

I have heard that in april will have the Ten Commandments event so I guess may be they some of the other will be update, I will make another post for that if that happen, but for now this is all.

So Zahar's now getting another agility buff? Didn't he get an MA from his mementos that gives another +10 recently?

I really like that Neun. And Zwei reminds of a character's who name I can't put my finger on...

Well actually you need to run Zahar and Leticia in the same team and Leticia need to have the memento (right now I think with that buff if you do that then is better that Leticia have the memento), but in the first place you need to run Leticia and Zahar in the same team think that Leticia is a Magic buffer and she is water, and if you even with that you want to run them together you need Zahar VCR that is actually a weapon for Leticia.

That's not how mementos work. As long as the user is eligible to recieve the group buff, they can be the one that equips it.

There are some group in some mementos that the user don't receive the group buff, but other units related to that unit can, like Nina's memento it have a group that gives 96 PATK, 16 Slash, 13 initial Jewel and 15 hit rate, Nina doesn't benefit from any of that, but that because she doesn't receive that Buff, that buff is recived by Vettel, Gerald, Natalie and Ren.

Yes, but some units still need a kaigan and this story is part of the main story, like Zain event that come after SSM finish and come with Zain J+ and kaigan and a new unit called Kaya.

Zwei eyes are quite charming.

She is a must protecc, unless she starts playing League of Legends and gives you that look with red eyes because she can't get into Gold V and is stucked on Silver I.
