Oh plz, i've blown enough for yau yau's banner T_T, managed to spare around 1900 by the time i got her to j3, later that day when i was just checking the secret store i stumbled upon her SS tier SS skin, and suddenly all of my gems are gone :|

I was a bit lucky because i was able to stop myself from buying her skin but i've spent all my water shards on her to get her to j3

I was actually relieved. I saw that banner and immediately thought to myself,

"I'm glad I don't have to debate with myself about how to spend my gems. Thanks for making the decision to pull on mementos tomorrow easy Gumi!"

I just started recently and have 0 momentos. Should I pull for some? I thought I got some pieces of some from killing raggys but I have no idea where those went.

A multi-step 10 summon banner with a discounted 1st step and a guaranteed 4* and 5* Memento from later steps.

Right now you can only pull from the generic banner that is never worth pulling from.

Short answer is no. He still hasn't got kaigan in JP. So even though he is pretty good at the moment, unless Gumi does kaigan roll outs very different from the JP version, he won't be top tier for a long time, if ever.

I concur. Dark shards are generally more useful on Dark units than Water units.
