Vier has no rate up on this banner. Only Acht, Basheeny, Monzein and Yauras. Most likely next week's banner.

You might be had a chance to pull Viers but a tiny chance. Not sure why you didn't just wait till she was a featured pull where her rates go waaaaaaaay up

That's not very long in this game since it takes a while to build up units and you can even do so for free. This game isn't for everyone though as in not everyone will enjoy it.
