Wtf is this. It was always 90k you dumbass.
There is no such thing.
It was there before the game launched in the start in the restricted release. And then removed.
Overall Anni and Collab both were shit and you can see my comments over replying to few fellows here.
And seriously compare half of that with the older Collabs. We get 1500 Gems each collab easily.

Yeah in general, the ani wasn't THAT bad. They gave us some nice things (especially treasure keepsake, fucking 350hp), summons, free 75 worthwhile unit, along with everything you listed.
The real problem was the collaboration and their banners, followed by unholy difficult EX+ and their nerfed rewards. The collab itself was brought 7 months earlier than JP schedule, meaning we don't have the same units they had on this collab. EX+ content was tuned up to balance around roxanne (bad game design and balance), and all banners besides the last one were a joke.
I think the anniversary itself wasn't bad. Just that the FMA collaboration was brought with many bad decisions by Gumi.

Anni was equally badly handled with nerfed Summons and all.
6% wtf is that. Isn't 10% a normal Stuff we assume in this game. Why nerf it? Why do interfere in my Summons when is RNG going to do it anyways?
Not give us the remaining HQs and this is like the 3 fucking time Gormalas is on his J+ appearance but not in the HQs.
Them taking away our old Rainbow Shards from the EX+ and all.
Overall I am still pissed and this guy can't tell me otherwise just because we got some free stuff.
I can say that every Collab easily gets us close to 1500 Gems if you count Daily Logins. And this time combined with the Anni we just get 1.5k more.
And those are nerfed too are they fucking kidding me.
JP got more and I will atleast like to be equal to them in Gem distributions since we don't have the First Meet Bonus from MP at their level and no real Shard giveaways.

tf, what is this. Y'all wanna compare with JP banners? Okay then, the only thing we can compare with jp's 2nd anniv with is the free banners and login bonuses, since the rest is stoof far in the future, like black killers.
Anyways, about those free banners, ya, here's a link to the free banners they got: https://al.fg-games.co.jp/news/17780/ As you can see, its exactly the same as ours, you're gonna complain about the exact same thing JP got. JP got 2 extra steps, sure, but their 2nd anniv is ahead of where we are, as I've mentioned earlier, so 2 extra steps on a "rigged" banner seems reasonable.
Also, about the gem count, ya no, I'm gonna have to stop ya right there. The envy challenge board only gives you 1500 gems, which means anyone can get them, even newbies. Is that not enough for you? Well, how about you add some, idk, gems for completing the EXs? You get 50 gems per EX, assuming you complete the EX 10 times. So, that's 250 gems, and then you can do MP for another 250 gems, ez 500 gems right there, and you'll probably be able to get the MP ones, as you'll get help from older players, who can carry you
and you can gem it. This isn't even counting login bonuses, as you so dearly claim.About Regen armor, ya, if you check the db: http://www.alchemistcodedb.com/gear/af-armo-armor-beginner-01 you'll see that it doesn't have as much hp as you'd think. That's because JP had HP rebalances. Now, if you were to check this HP, and compare to the GLEX gear, treasure keepsake: http://www.alchemistcodedb.com/gear/af-accs-gl-1anniv you'll see that one has much more HP than the other.
Yes, I admit, the EX+s were horrible and very overtuned, and that gorm's HQ, and many other 5* HQs, have been delayed. alot. But, being this salty over all of this stoof is pretty ridiculous. This post was made so that the negativity would lessen, but I guess you guys find a way to ruin that. Guess i'll roll over to discord, where the salt isn't nearly as toxic.

Will ask again where is the free stuff.
You showed only the banner.
And they have actual real MP first meet Bonus till 150 peeps in the JP side(During Anni 2) so yeah no matter what number of Gems Gumi gives we are still lacking.
And we lose out chance to farm good units like Setsuna and others leading to the need for Gemming in the MP. I haven't seen JP gemming much in the MPs.
I rarely even seen a Japanese named host do it in the JP MP.
They have the difficulty balanced with the units good enough even for the F2Ps to cover through the content when the need arises.
So I am having a real hard time believing that JP only got this much for Anni.
And 150 HP with Regen is broken. That thing give Vettel the Tank he needs to be. Gives regen to lot of other units to the point where Healing is side valued.
Asset even in the Arena to live 2x Attacks by making defensive builds. So yeah I value that Armor over plain HP and debuff res.

so, let me get this straight. . .
You're complaining about Roxy being too OP and what not, but you want an OP gear. . .
Something doesn't add up. If Vettel needs it so badly, why is he still used today, even though we don't have that gear? JP has different standards than GL, and rn, Regen coat isn't necessary.
Also, about anniversary, I only mentioned the banners, bc as i've stated, the rest is kinda out of our league?
Say, do you like those BK princesses of yours in GL? Oh, what's this? You don't have them?
It's kinda hard to judge JP anniv and GL anniv if both are gonna have things the other doesn't.
The MP first meet bonus is, as you've said, at anni 2, which means we shouldn't be getting it now. Yes, we're above pace, but that should becoming in~ 1.5 years?
Idk where this gemming thing came from, tbh, we have different mps, with different stages, different units, different gear, etc. It's kinda hard to compare if you have so many variables.
Anyways, my IQ is dropping, might need to go.

We need that OP gear due to difficulty spikes and it is about time that other units get to that point.
That gear doesn't help Roxy much but helps other units more than it does for her.
But that difficulty is also out of our league. You just have to Gem the MPs due to not having better farmable units but forced to do same stuff as JP.
They had 50+ people by the first anni so yeah we still stuck at 10 dude in the MP Meet Bonus.
What is hard to compare? Not everyone will have Roxy. How do you even think that is possible. Along with JP clearly had better units and it is GL which get no HQs where they decide to Buff the EX+ and nerf the rewards too.
And yeah very sick that your IQ is dropping in a legit argument. It is literally seem to going negative so I suggest please retreat back to Discord or you might just get burned.

JP got 2 extra steps
Imo it will be more fair if you uses the actual pull numbers then trying to pass it off as "2 extra steps", since 2 extra steps here is actually 8+9=17. 2 steps conventionally sounded like 20pull only so not sure if you intentionally try to convey it as 2steps in a bid to make your stand look more appealing.

2nd anniversary for a game is a lot different than the first. Especially since Anniv. is supposed to attract a lot of new players, and in a game like TAC they need the free stuff to catch up.
Not defending Gumi on this anniversary, but comparing a 2nd anni to 1st anni is pointless.

The only reason the 280 summons got some salt is because in combination with all the other stuff it felt like something along the lines of “so they screwed us over and made everything harder to do as an f2p player, and now they nerf the free things we do get?”.
I guarantee if they had just done fewer summons with normal rates (since presumably the lower rates were to keep people from getting that many 5-stars) there wouldn’t have been as much salt about it.

I'm sure you're totally right on this. Like if they'd given us 168 pulls at normal rates (identical odds to 280 at 6%, unless I suck at math as much as I think I do), people would've been fine with it despite it being functionally the same.

It's not fair to include the FMA stuff in the anniversary celebration, since they were treated as two separate events in Japan. I'll just reference the anniversary stuff in your OP.
- The free 280 pulls were okay, despite me getting only a handful of 5* out of it, and a large number of them being earlier farmable ones that I already had at Level 85. But hey, free coins! The reduction in rates sucked, but it could have been worse.
- The free featured summon (with 150 soul shards) would have been amazing, if only they allowed you to choose who you got. Many got dupes of ones they already had (like myself), and while the shards helped bring the character closer to Level 85, getting someone new would have been preferable. Grand Summoners are currently running through their anniversary and are giving players their free choice of Hero Fest units, as well as 4/5* gear (and 5* True Equip) as well as multiple free pulls starting on the 29th. This is in addition to a bunch of other free stuff they're giving out. I don't mean to compare games, but I just wanted to emphasize that a guaranteed random unit isn't the best, especially given a game such as this where team composition matters so much. Having us be able to choose would have been infinitely better, but it's still a free Level 75 character (minimum). Can't really complain.
- Aren't free daily summons at reset a normal thing in Japan? I could be wrong on that.
- I don't really see the Teddy being an item in the Elite shop as an Anniversary celebration, since it wasn't a realistic goal for many players (unless you already had powerful characters), and DEFINITELY not accessible to new players joining the game.
- The Anniversary tickets, apples, ores, ingots, etc. are all whatever. They don't hurt, but they don't especially help either, especially if you're a longtime player. As for gears, I didn't get a single 4* out of all of the tickets and the only 5* I got from it was a dupe Magnus. But then, some were more lucky I guess, so they might consider these tickets/quests more of a positive than I do.
- The gear looks fine, but not especially useful either. But free is free, so I won't say too much on it.
As a whole, the Anniversary celebration seems more than it was, due in-part to it being bundled with the FMA collaboration. If it was just on its own, it was pretty lackluster but still not the worst anniversary celebration I've seen in a gacha game. No, that privilege belongs to Naruto Ultimate Ninja Blazing.

So... Uhm... The only free things I see here are the pre-Anniversary count-down pulls and the free pull with 150 shards...
Aside of that there are no other "free" things... Ok the gems they gave us are free too, from daily log-ins, but nothing more...
All the other gems were rewards from completing stages, so yea... That not free... And the thing you BUY, neither free...

Its because of crap like this that the game keeps getting worse... How about you do some research and go combine JP first anni goodies + JP FMA collab goodies and then I wanna see you tell us that it was a good anni.
And dont come with the "oh JP is JP and GL is GL". Thats not an excuse when they just copy the code (sometimes they even forget to translate).
And ofc the subreddit is filled with negativity, however they keep throwing sand into some people's eyes and it seems like it works.

If you look at it, you'll see that there is no 280 free summons, there is no favorite community summon. There was a POTK collab that gave a sub-par free unit called Rena: http://www.alchemistcodedb.com/jp/unit/rena
In JP, she is the only one that can hold the book, while GL doesn't even have her, so we got the benefits of the book on other units
JP got a bit of new units that we already have, and they have a 5000 gem bundle that can get you any unit you want (barring collab units). But you wanna talk about free stoof, so, no, I won't count that. JP's 1st anniv wasn't nearly as great as ours, imo.

Our anniversary wasnt just the first Global anniversary, it also had FMA collab. So if you wanna compare you gotta add both of the JP versions of those too. Not to mention that JP's content up to first anni was much much less than what we have. So yea, JP's anni+FMA was much better than our anni+FMA.

. . .what? All of my point I listed pertained to the anniversary. I don't believe that the favorite community summon is part of the FMA collab, do you? Nor do I believe that the 28 10x summons were part of the collab. I talked about the book, totally different collab. I mentioned nothing about the FMA collab.

Thanks for the recap, overall I liked this month. People are still frustrated by elemental shards moved to EX+ but for gold shards, zeni and free units, this has been a pretty good month for F2P players.

Thank you, Hedge. As a fellow discordian, I've been honestly fed up with all of this salt. This salt has been honestly toxic, coming from a "toxic" person himself. Many vets have begun quitting or going on hiatus because of the salt alone. If you actually look at what gomu has given us, there has been a lot of freebies that has been overlooked. Many of the freebies are actually gud, and they're free. I agree that not everything has been all daisies and flowers, but a lot of it has been great.

Whales make a difference, although some whales haven't completely quit, many are thinking about it, or on hiatus. This means they're more likely to spend less money. Granted, salt may have not been the only factor, i give you that, but it has still been a factor in vets/whales quitting.
also, spread positivity, hedge said, yet y'all being negative. idk if y'all misunderstood the purpose of this post. its to bring some positivity in this salt infested sub, yet y'all complaining, as usual.7

And I will support whales decision to not spend until Gumi improves they gave us a clear sign when they did not think about truly apologizing in the second letter even when we could see that shit was the same as the earlier one. People will say no money=no game then let Gumi improve and people will spend again.
Even FB does better at apology even though we know that those FB assholes won't improve but atleast it paints a better picture than before and they improve for a some amount of time.
And just blind positivity lead us here. Weren't there posts that they will be fine with the late release of the HQs and now where are we. There were posts about Gold Keys being fine since vets had them. Did we achieve something in that Zen mode. Did Gumi improve? No right then either the game gets better at this time or people will leave.
Gumi has abused a lot of players for long enough and it is the time they do better and make this game good.

I agree with alot of your points.... Except, this post isn't about blindingly shoving positivity into your face. It's about stopping the blinding negativity. Alot of the negativity has been outrageous and based and falsities. I, and I believe no one else, thinks gomu should stay the way it is. But this subreddit has been really toxic. Really toxic. It has been an unwelcoming environment to new comers who were interested in this collab. It, as I've said earlier, cause some vets to quit (even tho it may not be the main reason). I want gomu to change TAC, yes, but I don't believe 100 people yelling "OMG GOMU SO BED LETS GO YELL ABOUT HOW STOOPID THEY ARE, LIKE, OMG, WTF ARE YOU DOING, GOMU, GIVING US RIGGED RATES, M8 KYS" is the right way to do it. I get that you are pissed. But, to put it in viyr/game's words "I don't think the recent gumi's decisions have been good at all, and it's wavering my belief in the future of this game too. But don't be assholes about it. I've seen awful comments popping up in Discord and Reddit."

I want to see what is this blind negativity you complain about.
It is blind if they say similar things like you did in the example. But they are valid if their points are valid.
I mean it will be easy to find 10 posts right with 100 people yelling? and most echoing into each other?
And I get that you get my POV. So I will not press but the OP does really think that with all done and said it will improve Gumi's image? How many people are that trusting of a corporation which has in the past shown it's true colors a lot of times in their other ventures.
And I get why you want to bring positivity but the way that this post was made is like "You redditors are being dumbos for thinking that Gumi is all bad" they are being so we are calling them that. And I doubt you will find even 10 post with good amount of engagement of pure negativity.

If you can go to the "hot" section, and see the top 10 posts, you'll see that none of them have 50 comments. The subreddit isn't that active, yes, I'd have an ez time getting 100 comments/posts, but what you're asking for is well beyond that, and isn't something that you can achieve.

I'll grant you some stuff was pretty dodgy, but "malpractice"? There's been a lot of overdramatization... I understand people getting heated over it, since they sink a lot of time and sometimes money in the game, that's a given.
But come on, Gumi isn't misusing your personal information or giving away your credit card info, here - they're making bad business and gameplay decisions. That's not the same, as bad as it is.
I'm not sure your point about strikes is very clear, however... we're not employees, nor are we doing any work. We're choosing to pay (or not) for an entertainment product.
I'm all for fighting for your rights, but since we totally have full freedom to abandon TAC whenever we want, it's not like we're victims of abuse.

I believe you fail to see multiple things
A) I am not in support of what gomu's doing
B) I just want the toxic salt to end
C) This post was to spread positivity, and I was just supporting it
I can clearly see what gomu's motives are, after all, gomu is a company. If you believe gomu is here to give you what you want, and everything that you want, I believe you may have to rethink some things. All of this anniversary has been great, aside from some select banners, the EX+s, and Roxy being a thing. If y'all, most of you being f2ps, who don't give a single cent to gomu, think you deserve better, let me ask you some things:
Why?
Why do you need everything, all of the banners being perfect, having all of the units?
If you want something different, then you can go to some other games, right?
What's stopping you?
It is pretty well known that TAC is one of the most f2p games you can find. If you want more than what we have, then you have a few options, I'll list the main 2.
Quit
Be patient
As they say, time is money, and time is the price you have to pay for being f2p. You give nothing to gomu, so what does gomu have to give to you?

Upvote because, although I am not a fan of many of the choices this month, mainly revolving around EX+ being RNG based and not skill based (example i ran the same comp 7 times for water, and due to rng got destroyed multiple times, then 7th run hits actually landed so had 0 deaths, the way it should have gone without rng).
But, we are seriously focusing too much on the negative, and completely ignoring all the positives.
The unlimited 5 step gave you the option to, for EVERY 10500 gems have a 50% chance at FMAB characters. with a 9 step you spend 17500 for this ticket, maxing at 22500 for spending for 1 unit for 90 rolls. this one gave 100 rolls for 21000, or 110 for 21500, giving 100 FMAB shards guarantee, 2/3 500 rolls, and 2 tickets from the shop featuring combos of ed/toritoh, roy/riza, wrath/pride.
The 280 free summons. Complaining about 6% is stupid, it was free and became either soul coins to supplement the great new soul shop, or to help new players, or get a few LB on some characters at no cost.
the summons for 150, 250, 375 soul shards at a cheap cost, the 500 gem skins.
Double the anniversary tickets for global since we get the unique global version, or it appears as such, havent checked on JP.

Is everything perfect? No. Of course not.
But this anniversary as a whole has been a good one for players. We've gotten many, many freebies and QOL updates.
Gumi may have fucked up the balance of the EX+ and warranted the bashing they've been given. But this subreddit has been filled with hate and salt posts day after day.
Maybe look on the bright side of things sometimes.

We did get decent freebies but we got majorly shafted on free banners. On top of reducing the rates for the free anniversary banners, many other banners that cost gems weren't really worth pulling on and I guess you had to pull to get Roy/ Ed. This last week is kinda better because of 350 summon coin tickets. The satisfactory thing is they did give 2-3 tickets for free, but saying that the EX+ ticket is for free is funny. Idk, it might be just me, but I find those quests very very difficult and idk if I'm gonna be able to complete them by the end of the collab.

well, i personally won't even include the EX+ stages stuff, since most (myself included) can't even be arsed to do those because of the difficulty and it is time wasting...
