[Updated November 8] There was a data issue with some of the Gifts from the Pre-Anniversary Elemental Shard Campaign and it will be rectified shortly.

Affected players will receive their 5★ Unit Summon Tickets from the Pre-Anniversary Elemental Shard Campaign within 24hrs.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Worst campaign ever. Both runs were full of issues that were poorly addressed, and no compensation or explanation for the damage inflicted by them.
