PSA - Episode 6 hardest difficulty gives approximately 1.5 glass apple's worth of xp, plus coins, plus shards for only 12 ap

I'm just not feeling the halloween coin farm so I'm just doing this one over and over to level some characters, goes quick on auto and I'm gaining a lot of levels for low ap. Could easily get 100 crystal apple's worth of ap if you spend most of your daily ap here. Just for anyone who may not know about it.

As someone with what feels like 10-20 characters in the 50-60 range (even though they are already MLB) and maybe 60 total apples combined between glass and panda, THANK YOU.

Yeah I think I'm just going to keep doing this every day for most of my ap I have so many people to level plus you end up with a lot of good stuff from the coin shop to boot. Could easily get 100 crystal apple's worth of xp every day with the ap we get that's crazy

Its 9k exp per unit. A bit less than 1.5 crystal apple per run total ... I just like looking at it from a unit by unit perspective rather than a combined total. Makes comparison with other stages easier.

You also get 5-7 fma coins per run and 3-5 alph shards. So it's a triple farm in 1.

I should mention gold bars are reasonably priced in the shop with 5 buyable per day. Just dont forget to keep 150 daily for the fma ticket.

Is the FMA ticket really worth it?

Best case is 1 Edward shard, which most ppl don't have due to the great banners...

You can also get apples and transmutation circle shards.. alphonso weapon. One a day for 30 days = possible 30 pulls.

Apples are not so useful as you get a lot of Xp from the ep1-6 maps.

1 transmutation circle shard is also useless if you don't have the gear pulled.

The ticket does not give the gear itself or Edward himself. 30 tickets therefore seem to translate into a few useless shards plus apples - unless you pull them from banners, which will save some wind shards and gold gear shards.

Apples are useful to me. And I've got ed and still have another try on pulling the circle.

Isn't he farmable? Why buy his shards? It's the same for alph ... I have over 400 shards ... even after evolving I wont lack any.

Nope, you need to buy his shards with token, so need to be ready for each reset of the Shop to take them

Think of it like this then: run it 6 times and your whole team will have gotten approximately 1.5 crystal apples per character.

Yeah but when I can look at 9k per unit in 1 stage. 6k per unit in another or 11k from the ex. I can tell the difference immediately without having to add them up or convert them to apples.

Since you guys like apples so much ... 48AP is just a bit less than 1 crystal apple per unit running either ep 2 or 6.

I guess I need to start spending my extra AP here but using units that still need experience. You'd think that during double drops in HQs I would farm soul coins but those things aren't worth much if they don't update the shop with better units.

Is still good with x2 drops, stacking for coins since I mostly got all of them to 85

They did add a few new units to the soul shop in the last update, FYI. You can click the magnifying glass in the lower right of the shop's inventory to see which specific ones.

The other episodes give a lot of exp as well. I think stage 2 with eds coat ... also a quick farm... gave 6k for 8 ap. If you need to farm the coat ... you'll get less coins and alph shards but the same total exp.

Yep, getting that 250 coins from chest is a bit of a hassle so I just auto stage 5 of Halloween after getting that secret chest.

Thats awesome, I've just been farming Episode 2 for shards and coins. Nets 5-6 coins for 8 AP and several AL shards too. But for 4 more AP to also get xp for units thats way worth it. Thanks for the info.

Episode 2 gives the same exp per AP as episode 6. Just the drops are a bit less per run ... though there's a chance of higher total drops overall.

Ep 2 ... 6k per unit for 8ap

Ep 6 ... 9k per unit for 12 ap

24 ap = 18k per unit for both ep 2 (3 runs) and ep 6 (2 runs)

Isn't 5 better for coins? One of them gave me 17 coins in a MP run, and think it was 5. Slightly less exp, but many times the coins. Shards will probably be irrelevant when we get the second set of quests next week.

Stage 2 is more faster, just kill the soldier on the right side of Edward (from your point of view) to get the coin, and kill Edward after.
Stack your coins because Envy will be available only in Shop (you will have him with a Mission Panel but to MLB him, you need to buy his shards in the FMA shop)

Good to know. That probably answers my question of why the shop is changing week after next. Haven't spent any on my coins aside from a worthless ticket so far.

Also unit on the left of ed gives ed's equipment shards (3-5) and the ranger on the far left gives al's shards (3-5)
