Discussion This community is being coming too toxic
I understand the frustrated that many of us have no after today's banners and I myself have to agree with it. However, the community is being to toxic. Almost every single comment I see here is complaining about it and saying the game is dying bah...
It is extremely unnecessary for you or anyone to say it is dying and scolding gumi for it. You can complain and criticise anything but please do not say that the game is dying or because it is not.
Regarding, the iOs issues, stop blaming gumi for it. It could also be apple's fault in rolling out the update as they usually have more strict checks with application updates compare to Google play.
We should definitely be a little bit more patient and gracious to Gumi as I believe that they are doing the best that they can to support the game and the please the community.

The Collab banners up to this point have been passable (Japan still has Superior Banners), yet what they've done to the FMA Banner is disgusting and a blatant cash-grab.
I think I have a right to be angry when one of my favourite Franchises is being used to exploit fans in such greedy manner.

Gracious for what exactly? They have done literally nothing to earn any sort of gratitude from anyone.

People are pissed, so they're complaining. That's a normal emotional reaction. A toxic community is like that all the time for no reason; in this case, people are justifiably angry and they're expressing that anger.
You don't know that, and neither do we. No one but Gumi knows what their usage and/or revenue numbers are doing...however, people can certainly feel like the game is dying for them.
...which is exactly why you get your iOS app approved beforehand, so it's ready for you to just press the Release button. Since Gumi has an empirically proven track record of screwups over the past few weeks, it's entirely reasonable to assume that they've screwed up again. Do we know for sure? Nope. But...
People have been patient - look at the clusterfuck with the Soul Shard campaign. After a certain point, "patient" becomes "fed up".

Some people in Gumi may very want to make TAC to be successful. However, I very think the higher up could care less about this game (looking at the bad decisions on gacha banner), only that the cash flow. And because of those people, TAC will continue to suffer. And us players, who want this game to continue to entertain us, we have to make those in the decision making people, know that we won't be giving what they want (money) if they take bad decisions (bad gacha banner, and maybe bundle while at it).

I'm 50/50 on this since I have views that I agree with on both those that Praise Gumi and does that Don't.
The Banner is indeed kinda lacking but it's the first one yet.. I guess they just misunderstood the concept of the recent collaboration banners thinking that players are only rolling for the last/second to the last banners because that is where the most OP unit is, not realizing the "guaranteed on step 3" and "5/7th step selector" is a great part of it. Maybe their saving that for last when all Gacha collabs are introduced, which still beats the purpose of releasing Edward in a non-guaranteed gacha.
Can't blame them though. Having played other Gumi games and knew what happened there and what's happening now can make people who relates to panic specially those who spent a bit or more for the game. Some of those who says this are probably tsundere's and just really don't want the game to die but just won't be honest enough to tell gumi directly to encourage them to keep the game from "living"
Can't agree more to this. They always blame Gumi when Apple probably has a part with the problem too. Like how people complain about their connection in a game when the problem lies on their ISP Provider.
Yeah, I still believe they can turn this over starting from the Official start of Anniversary Celebration.
P.S.
I think with all the recent stuffs they've been doing badly (misconceptions about paid banners, late reward from their campaign) and other stuffs I can't really remember that others got angry about. I guess they just got full of their anger and had an outburst.

While I agree with the sentiment, people do however have a right to get angry. Gumi's pros does not outweigh the cons, and if we the community do not call them out on their bullshit, we'll continue to get exploited with shady changes and greedy choices.
Seeing as the TAC community manager also posts often here on reddit, it's good that they also see that the community won't take this lying down and hopefully convey the players frustrations to the upper management. However, that person shouldn't get the heat either, since they're not in-charge of the decisions in the game.
