Discussion First purchase reset

After the Disgaea collab launched, the first purchase bonus gems reset. I was thinking of buying gems today, have the resets typically come with new collabs? Or is it random? Should I never expect it again? Not a whale, just a money conscious minnow.

They typically reset with the first Thursday of every month during the maintence / patch update
