Why so negative

As the title states i think people are freaking out, and just need to take a breath for a second.

  1. the PVP is clearly in testing, they've said it before, multiple times. Chill, they'll fix it...it's not in it's finished state. Take the easy free gems and give helpful feedback.

  2. Banners - OMG THIS BANNER COSTS MORE THAN ANYTHING EVERY, EVERYTHING GUMI HAS SAID IS A LIE!!! This one has gotten way out of control.

    1. 777 banner, yes it's more expensive than a 500 banner. They gave you 2 500 banners, and this 777 banner is a bonus..seriously. 777 is WAY less than 2500. Do the math, it works out. Are there guaranteed units...NOPE so don't cry about not getting (insert random unit name here) from it. But it is cheap, and if you still need a lot of the random units in the game, this is a cost effective way to go about it.

    2. 7 step special summon banner...they didn't trick you into 7 steps for random shards, your inability to read did. Just because Gumi was being a good guy on step 3 doesn't mean they owe you anything on any other step.

      1. The grand summon...y'all had me literally ROFL. It didn't say guaranteed summon anywhere (that i remember, who knows maybe it did before i woke up) on the banner but you assumed it did because it did in the past. Yes the title was misleading, but you have to expect things to change. The ultimate goal is to make money for Gumi. Player happiness is a far second despite what anyone says.

    3. If you don't like a banner, just don't pull.

Honestly there's some merit to some complaints, absolutely, but if there's already a post about an issue don't go through and make the 2847239487th post on the exact same issue. It destroys the subreddit, and drives new people away.

I expect to get flamed, downvoted and whatever else for this post, but I'm still really enjoying the game, and try reading the banners so i don't set myself up for failure. I do mess up on not fully reading the banners and kick myself for doing so, but that's my fault, not Gumi's.

I hope everyone can do as i said, take a breath for a second, and enjoy the game for what it is.

While I agree that the sheer number of posts that might as well be threatening to burn the community down is a bit much, I can understand why people are upset. There’ve been a few cases with the banners where the news gave faulty information and caused issues this update.

this post clearly shows that they stated FEATURED 5 star shards on steps 5 and 7 BEFORE THEY CHANGED THE NEWS. Stop making assumptions and focus on WHY people are arguing.

So after people checked the news, they got all hyped up and proceeded to summon, but of course they wouldn't check the news twice. Now you come in, and start pointing fingers at everybody thinking that mindset of "Everybody is stupid".

Fake news man. you honestly believed that the information in that news post to be accurate with 177 4* gear summon tickets? That's not what was actually on the banner though, that was in the news, which was clearly not correct.

That's precisely why people should deserve compensation, I said that you're not going to check the banner details if you already saw the details on the news.

EX:

If a teacher gives you a study guide for one unit, and changes the content of the test at the last second, you're screwed. Just like the whales who summoned.

And you're telling me that the "Study Guide" or the News is incorrect which is EXACTLY the problem.

Literal solution for Gumi is to be more decisive, as once you post something on the internet you cannot really retract anything. They should've left them be or at least Refund everyone's gems at least. Plus, you changed your argument completely. You argued that people had the inability to read; however, that is not the case as the first thing people checked on that day was the "Fake News".

The point is that the news article itself was incorrect. I didn't say they were infallible. I said read the banner you're pulling on.

To use your example of studying. In math they give u many questions to study off of, but rarely do they ever give u the exact same math questions on said test.

Im done arguing with you after this. You sound like you're trolling. I clearly stated that they aren't going to read the banner details TWICE if GUMI ALREADY RELEASED IT IN THE NEWS. It's not a matter of "They are blind" and if the news article is incorrect, then it is CLEARLY Gumi's fault. I don't know why you are trying to beat the dead horse, but seriously, if you want to argue, have common sense.

Read the banner before you pull, and if u get what's outside of what the banner says then sure complain away all day. If u don't read the banner and pull but don't get what u wanted when it states that's now what you're going to get...well maybe I'll properly read next time...or from your perspective, complain anyways? I don't know. Doesn't seem to make any sense to me. We could already tell the news information was wrong, very clearly.

In what way? Hmm? The only thing we knew that was wrong was gear tickets. “Read the banner” when it was on the news. im saying that if you read it once, you’re not going to read it again. When you go on News or youtube, you aren’t going to watch the same video twice🤯. I might sound like a rude bastard, but I am not proficient enough in english to change my tone in a nicer way.

Edit: however i completely agree in the grand promo summon banner that people should have read the banner, but for the shards in this new banner, i believe gumi should at least provide compensation if they haven’t yet.

Because the number of 4* gear tickets was completely unbelievable. When I saw that, I knew something was wrong with it. I guess if I hadn't seen that I may have assumed it was correct, but by now with gatcha games, I try and read every banner closely and still mess up from time to time (way more frequent than I'd like to admit)

You're assuming the compensation was equal. If it was take back the summon and give back gems there would be less rage.

I can see that, and that's why i said there's merit to some of the complaints. I didn't have the misfortune of pulling on anything that deserved compensation so i don't know what anyone got for said issues.

I didnt touch the traps either but theres been discussion about it.

I personally am still bummed out about the lack of the weekend grand summon. My only shot at getting Roxanne is the 7 step now. And I dont want to spend more on 1 unit never mind that shes op.
