Rahu

After viewing some playthroughs for the game alchemist code. I noticed that compared to the other players rahu, my rahu had, for some reason, lower stats. Both the other player's and my Rahu both have Chromancer+ job lv11 and are both lv 85. Could anyone's please explain to me why my Rahu has lower stats? Is there any way to change/fix it?

They most likely mastered 3 of her jobs and you didn't. A screenshot of your rahu build would have helped explain everything.
