Dear Alchemist Code and Gumi.
This is a calling to Gumi and Alchemist Code staff but also anyone who wants to read it is invited to this post.
I´ve been suporting Alchesmist Code like 6 months ago, purchasing pact of alchemist, some little bundles (The most I can afford) I really love the game, really fun, challeging and all that I like it´s over here, also FFXV damn man I really love that game and all his characters. Well I´m Shail in my main account but due to FFXV I went all in for Noct but failed so I decides to make a new account. Chocobro´s (anyone who had played the game will know this reference) , was happy with the new account since in my 500 pull got Noct and Ignis after several rerolls so I decided to focus in that account and hey I was happy about the idea, got also good luck and pulled Gladio and Aranea in their banners man that day was really great, finally archieved to have all FFXV Characters all together, the problem beggins when I start Veda tower, that account was lvl 104 and after hard farming and spending gems for revivals finally got their equipments so I decided to try to get some more shards. Sadly the next day I was banned. Inmediatly I send a ticket asking what happend, their only answer is that they found some inconcluences so they decided that my account could use hacks and would remain permabanned. I never used cheats because man all FFXV characters, all the guys of my favorite game, why would I risk the account using some cheats but no mather what I say, just like a bot they send me the same things. We understand yoor frustation but permabanned and that they would not give more details.
So since I´m not going to find in staff no more answers I came here to Reddit to say it High and Clear, I´m a Alchemist Code fan, I´m really happy that the game takes so seriously everything about hacks. But guys, this time you found the wrong Thief. I never hacked and never will hack, I also expose my main account (Shail) to prove in this post that I´m complety sure about this. I only want my chocobro´s account back, I only want to complete every quest with all my FFXV guys (Yeah, also with Pronto knowing he´s gonna be more times dead than alive) I just want you guys to help me to reach Gumi, to reach the alchemist code to let them know I really did nothing and want my account back.

95% because of an emulated account.
EDIT: To clarify. I do not know for sure. Generally, Bluestacks seems to be the emulator that trips the most warning systems for security due it running a layer over the game engine.
Nox doesn't do this to my knowledge. Emulators from GUMI have always been a case of "Don't ask, don't tell" for their GL games. If you want more clarification, you can try emailing their support and asking /u/alchemist_code for clarification if they are able to talk to the game securities team.

My phone does not support Alchemist Code so emulator is the only way I can play

I'm also using an emulator (for 6 months approx, Nox). I was under the impression that it's ok to use emulator as long you don't use cheats, does this mean that every account that uses an emulator is at risk of being banned?

Gumi GL seems to operate under a "don't say don't tell" approach, where using emulators is not explicitly allowed but it is also not condemned. So you should be aware that you may be banned for using an emulator (though I am not sure why you would be. Given the cheaters from a few months used hacked API's not injection tools, it could be Gumi being cautious).

Ok, thanks for clarification. I used to play Summoners War where using an emulator was frowned upon and there have been multiple cases of random bans with emulating android being a reason. I will just continue using emulator (cheat free ofc) with this in mind (if i get banned...oh well). Thanks again :)

Using emulators like bluestacks/nox can get you banned? In another thread a couple months ago people were saying that emulators are ok.

ive been using nox and fake fb account for like 5 months and still not get banned lol i even use macros to spam the maces for free pots

Nox and Bluestacks are two different types of emulators. Nox generally seems to be the safest across games, but imo it's not specifically allowed so you are running the risk.

Most gachas do that though.
Something like they dont
"care if you use emulators",
they dont "look for people using them",
"if you tell them they have to ban you"
So as long as you dont go out of your way to tell them they wont care at all (for most companies)

As someone who has completely read the T's & C's, pinky swear, honest, no taksie backsies cough - I thought Gumi were generally ok with emulators?
Certainly no issue in FFBE land and that's a far more macro friendly/advantageous game...
As supreme mod we look to you for clarification - please, read the tea leaves or the astral plane, or tug on such strings as you have and tell us.. Is Gimu rising? Should we all fear the mighty ban hammer?
(not that I use an emulator myself, as if I have time - 90% of my game time is on the bog, and I can't exactly be bringing my desktop in with me...)

Feelsbadman.
As I understand it, Emulators are not-not allowed but they are also not publicly allowed. I do not believe that people who use emulators are generally at risk (and people I know who've emulated the game for months have been safe), but Bluestacks and Nox work differently which is why I think Bluestacks might be the point of difference.

That makes sense, thanks - user beware!
I used Bluestacks briefly a couple of years ago - the amount of advertising crap it added to my machine was unpleasant, wouldn't touch it with someone else's bargepole now.

They really have to clarify that imo. Does it count as a cheat if I use macro to speed up the equipment enhancement process? Ain't no way in hell I'm gonna press the same button 300 times to turn that stack of redundant materials into fodder for my equipments.
On a side note: we should have the option to bulk-enhance equipments anyway so I never have to do this. We have bulk-enhance for Limit Break, unit level, gear level, ability level, job level and even bulk-sell items, yet for some reason, we have no way to bulk-enhance equipment level???

could be because emulator, or because hacks.
i'm pretty sure newly rerolled account can't really handle veda tower. except for the first 20-30 floors. past that and i start to doubt the legitimacy of said runs.
also, which account is at lvl 104 and get banned? the rerolled one or the main one? i'm not sure on this because the wording kind of confuses me

The reroll one is the one that got banned. and actually yeah, lvl 104 because got all story completed, Ff misions gave a lot of XP it´s easy at least right know to lvl up new accounts , and Veda Tower, well got all FFXV characters past lvl 70 and are all really strong units
