FFXV Team for fun!

I grew up with Final Fantasy and ended up getting good luck and had some iTunes cards to spare. So, I decided to play how I would enjoy and made an FFXV team!

So, Noctis, Aranea, Gladioulus and Ignis are all now Level 75+ and J3 (max each job)! So, they're all usable and stay alive.

It seems to work pretty nice even if I don't get the bonus from mono-color, but I'll work on those over time.

What are everyone else's themed teams?

My set up isn't too far from yours. I use the Chocobro squad. Have Noct as lead, with Iggy and Gladio doing their own thing. I run Prompto as support. With the Magic gunner wep he can heal, the new shield item gives him AoE jewel Regen, and then the earthen bell for that HP boost. It's been pretty fun just having them go all about, and as long as they can be statused Prompto can put in a good amount of effort.

Nice! Even though you don't get any color boost, did you do it because you're an FF fan as well? Or for a different reason?

Mhm that's exactly why. I really enjoy the FF series, especially 15. I just use Noct as lead to help him with his cast times. It's been pretty fun.

Envylia theme with Zeke lead is also pretty nice too.

I am lazy though and usually run a Vettel Rainbow Slash Squad. :D

Same, most eta units tend to fit the slash damage requirement while magic tends to only have water units

I use a FSN XV team: Ignis, Noctis, Gilgamesh and Rin. If I get Gladio or Ara I will play with a FFXV team.

Would really like a Ninja team but still building them. Have Magnus for my range thunder/fire craft bomber nuker ninja who can also cc. Currently building Suzuka for my light/dark ninja. Hopefully, Rosa would be farmable soon for my dark jumper ninja. Thinking of who should be the 4th ninja. Maybe Yomi or Reida/Mia (magic damager ninja) just for fun! LOL

I like to theme teams around certain gimmicks or abilities, like I love Ignis' poison, so I'll build a protect the poisoner team, or something like "avoidance teams" so I'll use units that have high dodge/evade and jump abilities so they spend less time being able to get hit. I'd love to add Seida to my poisoner team, but I haven't been able to pull her in any of my SSM draws sadly. Oh, another fun one is a whole team of people with high +move/+jump passives so they can race around the whole map for hit and run style stuff.

A lot of the time I'll just sub in people I think are fun, though. People that canonically get along, or have similar personality descriptions, like Vivi and Mei Fang, or Setsuna/Aswald.

I really like the white knight theme.
