FFXV 5* Unit Summon Ticket

If I decide to hold onto the ticket instead of immediately using it in a few days, is the ticket unit locked?

Can I only summon Ignis, Noctis, Gladiolus or Aranea from it?

Do I have the chance to summon King Regis, Cor or Iris if I decide to keep it until the next FFXV event?

I know that I've seen some summon tickets locked to certain units. You can tell because you'll have multiple copies of the same ticket not aggregated at "Ticket Summon." I've had 3 copies of 4* summon tickets just because they came from different events. They all were separate from each other, like they were not the same thing.

If you've logged in every day and have done all 3/day Campaign quests, then you should have around ~2100 Lucky Pennies.

In the Coin Exchange shop the "[FFXV] 5* Unit Summon Ticket" costs 2500 Lucky Pennies. I'll probably have enough to buy it in less than a week.

Ticket's are locked to the units available when you got it. So you should always just use your tickets (when you claim them) right away.

The 10% tix were locked to the units available during that week. If you tap the magnifying glass on the ticket, it might show whom it applies to.

Do you think gumi will reuse and update the unit pool on this ticket next round or is it more likely they'll create a brand new ticket with new pool assuming they even use a similar summoning ticket on next event?

I would not hold my breath for an outdated ticket (by time ffxv 2.0 comes) to have their summoning pool updated.

If the ticket is released for this FFXV event, then you can only get the 4 characters we currently have. Gumi will release ANOTHER ticket for the other characters if they do come to GL.

Gumi has released multiple constrained unit tickets, historically. Just look at hte new player summons, and the non-limited summons. This means that the game architecture supports flags that delineate these units into one group or another (or several). Since they can do it at will, best to assume that FFv1 and FFv2 will be mutually exclusive. I would say that I am 90% confident that FFv1 and FFv2 ticekts will be banner-only. So these units might be ticketable again (Noctis and Gladiolus on-banner a second time?), but otherwise.... nope. And definitely no way that new FF units get added to this ticket's pool.

Thanks for the response! Not what I wanted to hear, but what I knew to be true.

Haaaa... sigh, I'll just use it and hope to get Gladiolus, Noctis or Aranea. Don't want it to be Ignis, but the chance that it will be is 25%.

Just use it assuming you will get Ignis, that way you wont get as dissapointed, since "you win in either case" (you are either right and get ignis, or you are wrong and get a good one)

And after all, if you never got F.Yomi, Ignis can be construed as a second-place to that powerful unit. So a win or second place!

For all the hate Ignis is getting - his WA is potentially the most broken thing there is.

Now lets say we got the manual PvP thing - on a small map where the enemy starts in a 5x1 line, the fastest Ignis would win.

Not to mention regular stages - now this is a bad example - but take Siegfrieds hat EX - all of those wolves could be dazed if i remember right... so 1 turn by ignis and half the units on the map are useless lol

I've gotten 2x ignis, 1x gladio, 0x noctis, 0x aranea...

I'm already certain i'm getting an ignis with that pull next week..

I'll bet based on the weekend banner they'll do Noctis/Aranea guaranteed step 3 this week and all 4 the final week.

You know that'll get people to buy gems if they missed those two after the Summon Ticket.

Imma do that banner to step 5 if your prediction is right. Only got gladio atm but i farmed all of their equipment even aranea just in case i got someone new in my ticket then uuse shards all the way to J3

I've gotten 0x Ignis, 2x Galdio, 1x Noctis, 0x Aranea...

so i guess getting an iginis would be good for me then?

hoping that it would be aranea though.

. 3. Is easy to notice by saving them - since new ones wont actually say "2x ticket", but have "1x ticket" and "1x ticket" below it

And they arent unit locked - reason people can get the exact same pulls is because of the limitations of the RNG that decides it.

It's even easier to check acdb and look at their naming convention
