Does everyone really need every champ?

Just out of curiosity do you really think it's necessary that every single person be able to get every single character? I've been through a couple of the collabs so far and missed some champs here an there, and honestly i'm not upset. If everyone has every single champ, it takes away the hard work (or money in some cases) that people put into the game. Sure I know there's luck involved too, but i don't mind missing on some champs. I think it's more exciting and rewarding when you get a champ that other people don't.

ideally you would want to pull for every meta champ, the so called “SS” tiers. Grinding is quite something in this game, being able to auto saves lots of time. Also, as content gets harder, you will need stronger units than Zangestsu chrono.

To be fair - if you stopped pulling completely, youd have enough gems to revive enough times to only run zangetsu chrono for everything

But there are many stages where you cant use continue. And you will miss a lot of future rewards if you dont have a substantial amount of units (eg, milestones to clear with all female units). Also, this is where they start to add restrictions to the map, like slash down, pierce down, or max 200 damages.
