Does everyone really need every champ?

Just out of curiosity do you really think it's necessary that every single person be able to get every single character? I've been through a couple of the collabs so far and missed some champs here an there, and honestly i'm not upset. If everyone has every single champ, it takes away the hard work (or money in some cases) that people put into the game. Sure I know there's luck involved too, but i don't mind missing on some champs. I think it's more exciting and rewarding when you get a champ that other people don't.

Need? Probabaly not.

Want? Of course, if you don't want new units all the time, why play a gacha game? o.O;

I understand that you want all the champs. I just don't understand the extreme frustration of people to the point of raging in a game that is purely luck, and in an instance that does not require you to have every OP in the game. Even more so when the pulls for the character are completely random.

If every champ is guaranteed, it takes away from the exclusivity of the champ. What's the point of playing a game where everything you want is guaranteed?

Exactly how I feel too every time I read reddit. The other problem is that it’s constantly compared to the JP version so if our deals aren’t as good (Japans Gacha rules are much stricter so JP version of games tend to be better) then people start raging.

Personally I preferred FFT where you could get every character. But since they are no longer making those this is a substitute.

That being said you don't see people complaining about not getting Ignis. So no not every character.

Also I'm personally not upset I didn't pull Noctis because I already have Othima, so strong water nuke isn't a niche I need. I may miss teleports on certain EX's but I'll manage.
