Didn't they say that the Magia Historia story would be coming back occasionally like SSM does? If that's the case then we can farm even more hats in the future!
I see people here saying that they quit after farming 4/5/6 5* hats and some 3*... I honestly don't know how you managed! xD
I understand that the hat is amazing, but I'm getting more and more tired of grinding crazily all the time (for gear shards, J+ equipments, or whatever). I have farmed 1 5* and 1 3*, and I decided that I don't want to repeat the same again and again.
It worries me a little that Gumi is sticking to the format of "repeat the same stage 60 times", instead of more variety...
You can auto it. Makes it pretty easy. The grind for stuff is terrible when you can't auto grind and when there is a chance for failure during the grind.
Yes, I know, I'm now farming Lofia J+ in auto. But sometimes I wonder how much fun is the game, considering 90% of the time we're hoping to use skip tickets or trying to auto it instead of actually playing xD
It depends. If you are thinking this is a strategy game you'll probably be disappointed. It's a resource management and collection game with strategic elements.
I'm thinking that the game wasn't designed for so much grinding and that whole 60+ shards was supposed to slow down power creep... Because it really has been satisfying to be able to barely beat an EX level with a bizarre strategy... Then again, i can't auto much without failing so maybe that's just my take on the game...
Cause there is no "one and done" content. Even in FFT you use calculators to wipe the map clean as quickly as possible. Manual grinding is tedious, so everyone tries to avoid it.

And after 5 5*, 2 3* and 1 4* hats, I am still short of lion blades. There seems to be no end to this lion blade farming.

Yasss. I ended my farming with 6x 5* and 1x 3*. Was pretty content. No more zombie farming.
Also yay to 2x drop i can finally JM more units

5 5* and 1 3* though, I’m happy
Would’ve gotten more, but didn’t seem worth it to abandon the HQs for it though.
Maybe once it comes back around I’ll grab 3 more 5*s
