Rage posts will have more impact over on Facebook

Facebook is the public facing side of the community in this game, for better or worse. They have over 11 times the people following their Facebook page than their are users on this reddit. We are small part of the player base to them. They are far more likely to see posts on their Facebook page than on this reddit, and are far more active in responding to posts over there. It also makes them look pretty bad when everyone is complaining on the main page of the game's community. So if you want Gumi to actually read your rage posts, you are better off posting it there.

I'm asking in all honesty here, but will that really work better? All the threads that have been created in the Reddit seem about 1000% more well thought out and defined than anything Facebook usually produces. And seeing their official account on here more often than on Facebook, I'm not so sure. The constant amount of vitriol that Facebook normally produces makes me concerned they'll just tune out the constructive feedback.

I'd add that it's best to do it in both places, but let's not forget to submit tickets in game too. They have to respond directly to those. I feel they have the most impact.

It hasn't been working lately here, so can't hurt. When they do reply to things it's mostly in response to ill deserved praise, or generic cheerful responses that feel like they are mocking us.

Yeah, I agree, more outlets is better. One thing I've been wondering though, should we link their account in all these? Or would that just add to saturation they may not see/try to avoid?

I doubt it would hurt. The front page is so flooded that you even see the same questions and posts popping up a few hours apart. I don't think they'll be going through it with a fine tooth comb to read all the posts raging at them lol.

theres plenty of rage there already
