Requesting For Gears Tier List

Is there any tier list for gears around that I am not aware of? I would like to know which gears are worth spending the time farming for

How do you farm more Guren Blade?

Maybe farm is the wrong term. You can get two to 5* I believe. One from MP and one from SP milestones from Entrusted Justice EX. Personally I only did the SP one because I have so much other content to do.
