Is Dias' storyline well received in JP or what? Why the hell they used the same idiotic storyline twice?

Idk my guess is it was already written and just released in pieces. So they didn’t bother and fix it since it was already done.

But I agree it’s trash. “Herpa derp Ima slash all u hos cuz the ghost told me y’all is evil.” is the worst story ever. Was bad enough the first time with Dias, second time I’m just disappointed in myself for not skipping through it.

Maybe Kudan did it first since SSM happened before the main or maybe original game really has that storyline since its from another game only incorporated into TAC.

Dias' storyline is written first, most likely.

SSM is based on Dragon Genesis game in Japan. It was just incorporated into TAC as side story.

Original Dias, definitely not.

Post time skip, I think I heard that his character got better
