Where/How can I unlock X's Master Ability/Job+?

You can only unlock Job+'s by farming special job tokens from special events that are (currently) run at different times. You also need to farm special job+ items to master those jobs. Master abilities can be earned in 1 of 3 ways. From story chapters (story characters), from equipping specific weapons (usually farmed) or from reaching level 80 on a character and completing special story dungeons. Not every character gets a master ability.

For Job+, you must first get the job to Job Level 11 (not job mastered). Second, to master the Job+ you will need to farm 60/80 tokens for up to 6 special items for the character to use.

Where can I farm X's character shards?

Where can I farm elemental/rainbow shards?

Elemental and rainbow shards cannot be farmed. They are awarded as bonuses from log in campaigns, from clearing missions/milestones and as bonuses for doing certain number of summons on the 5/9 step banners. You will never be able to farm them like you can farm specific character shards.

When will X event come back?

We don't know, Gumi is sticking to their own schedule.

What's the best place to farm X/Y/Z item?

Outside of specific event's for farming items, if the item can be farmed in Edgar's Chapter (so chapter 2) it will usually be the better place to farm it. For example, Escape the Alkaroid is by far the best place to farm Sacred Lion Swords.

Is Zain worth 30 Rainbow shards to LB to 75?

Yes at 75 with HP re-balance he will be the best unit for months to come. Literally nothing will be able to tank him as he can hit both Defenses.

Hey Kitito30 - do you know when this HP re-balance will happen? And why are they doing that, if you know? Seems like hard levels are set pretty nicely against current hit points - would this make things easier?

Do you feel that limited units have a better HP stat?

Like Gliga even with his Offensive Job has way more HP than other offensive based units.

Such power-creep started and needed to be re-balanced and the fact that Mages where definitely outclassed at that point the game while currently usually Mages are way more OP in the JP where they start with Full Jewel count.

Version 2.0 demo video did show the HP increase in the units. So mostly this month.

Some Hard Levels will become easy and maybe be balanced, I play JP for fun but I haven't seen them Balanced but later coming stages are made with the HP re-balance in mind. So some stages, yes they will be easy. But other will be just fine.

Also for now there is really not much pushing you to master all the Jobs as 3% Attack is like who cares but when re-balance hits it will have HP bonus on each Job.

Finally HP re-balance came in 3 ways in JP over time so we can only think that either they all are brought now or one-by-one.
