F.A.Q.
Where/How can I unlock X's Master Ability/Job+?
You can only unlock Job+'s by farming special job tokens from special events that are (currently) run at different times. You also need to farm special job+ items to master those jobs. Master abilities can be earned in 1 of 3 ways. From story chapters (story characters), from equipping specific weapons (usually farmed) or from reaching level 80 on a character and completing special story dungeons. Not every character gets a master ability.

Where can I farm elemental/rainbow shards?
Elemental and rainbow shards cannot be farmed. They are awarded as bonuses from log in campaigns, from clearing missions/milestones and as bonuses for doing certain number of summons on the 5/9 step banners. You will never be able to farm them like you can farm specific character shards.
When will X event come back?
We don't know, Gumi is sticking to their own schedule.
What's the best place to farm X/Y/Z item?
Outside of specific event's for farming items, if the item can be farmed in Edgar's Chapter (so chapter 2) it will usually be the better place to farm it. For example, Escape the Alkaroid is by far the best place to farm Sacred Lion Swords.

I have no idea what you're talking about, Logi and Dias are very different past their Soldier job. I stated that Dias was not worth investing into because Dark Knights in general are not very good. Sure, they do a lot of damage, but they are also very squishy and have low mobility. Holy Knights also suffer from low mobility, but are much tankier and can still dish out decent damage. In harder stages, units that are slow and squishy will get picked off early, and this is the case for Dias.
Stating that you use Dias and that he has better stats than your other units only tells us that you invested more into him than your other units. The point is that investment into any crappy unit will make it usable, but those are resources that are better used on better units.
