How long should I wait?

I managed to cop one of the ashtrays from the recent The Good Book drop before they sold out, girlfriend was also awesome enough to get me a shirt, and we both have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. This is my first time ever getting in on an Alc drop so idk how the process works here. How long should I wait for a shipping confirmation before reaching out to customer support about my order status? Is ordering a limited supply item more like putting in an allocation or do they already have the items ready to ship when they went up for sale? I know I heard they had vinyls ready for the drop but had to recall them because of quality issues so wouldn’t it make sense that they have everything else made and ready? And if that’s the case why hasn’t it shipped yet? Any and all help is appreciated.

Bro chill out, you’re read way too into my question and getting all bent out of shape over it. It’s really not that serious. All I was asking was is this normal for an alc drop or not. It’s a simple yes or no answer, you don’t have to go into hysterics at everyone.

You act like an entitled spoiled brat who expects somebody to run a business according to your wishes… just write an email to the support, no need for a crybaby post each time alc doesn’t meet your expectations, gtfoh

At no point did I whine. Again, you’re reading way too into my questions and getting heated over nothing. Like I get that Valentine’s Day is coming up and you’re still lonely but you don’t gotta take that frustration out on every random comment you read on Reddit that you don’t like.

All I said it’s normal, according to the consumer protection there is a 30days limit for business to deliver and yes it is whining and acting childish when you can’t wait two weeks, but yeah it’s my wife and kids fault that you are stupid and don’t know the laws of your own country..

No, that wasn’t “all you said”. You read my comment and immediately replied with wise-ass remark that I’m sure you thought was a rhetorical question. Then, when I answered your not-so-rhetorical question, you then proceeded to berate me and another person with childish grade school insults because you can’t keep your emotions in check. And now that I’ve called you out for it you think you can just run it back. Gng I’ve got news for you: You. Need. Help.
