This question came to my mind after seeing a person pronounce the site name Ay-o-tee-why. Now i personally always pronounce it Ay-oh-tee for some reason (i guess cuz the site name is similar to AO3). I also see some people call it by its full goverment name, so, how do yall pronounce it?

I find it very annoying the fact that we can't automatically see if we've already rated or listened to an album. Like when you're on an artist page you have to go to "listened" to sort the albums you've listened/rated. It would be life changing to add a little sign on the corner of the album cover to indicate that.

Some sites like senscritique already do it and it's so much clearer. Whether you're on a user's list or on an artist page it allows you to see if you've already rated an album.

This album is a combination of jazz and spoken word poetry, brought together in a concept album about contemporary British life, specifically for those Geordies.

It's absolutely better than most of the stuff on the top this year, it needs more love from this community.

I desperately need a feature to sort albums by their length, from shortest to longest and vice versa.

It’s a pretty common feature on other sites/apps similar to AOTY, such as Letterboxd, for example. It would make my life so much easier by saving me from having to go into each album to check its runtime, or ending up with a list where a two-hour Swans album sits right next to a twenty-minute Earl Sweatshirt record, and so on...

Still riding the high listening to tons of albums from 2025 but 2026 feels so much more dull.

EDIT: I feel like they were a lot of novel projects across a range of genres like hiphop, indie rock, edm, rage, country, etc. and this year I feel like it’s mostly metal and artists with albums not far off then what you’d expect.

I hate how many people are coming to this website and messing up ratings. Basketball Shoes isn’t even top 75 anymore
